Production Process

1.Raw Material Preparation
Face Sheets: AA3003/AA5052 aluminum coils (0.5-1.5mm thickness), degreased & cleaned.
Honeycomb Core: Aluminum foil (AA3003H18, 0.04-0.08mm) expanded to cell sizes Φ3-12mm.
Adhesive: Two-component epoxy or polyurethane glue (solid content ≥60%).
2. Face Sheet Pre-Treatment
Chemical Conversion: Chromating or zirconium treatment (improves coating adhesion).
Coating Process:
PVDF Coating: 3-coat/2-bake system (primer+color+clear), cured at 230℃.
Anodizing: Electrolytic coloring, thickness 15-25μm.
3. Core Stabilization
Resin Impregnation: Core dipped in phenolic resin, pre-cured at 80℃ for 10 min.
Expansion: Stretched laterally to target cell size, density controlled at 40-100kg/m³.
4. Composite Bonding
Adhesive Application: Glue sprayed (120-500g/m²) or film-transferred onto faces.
